Which shipping company do you use?
TeeCap ships with a variety of shippers depending on volume and who will deliver your order the fastest at any particular time.
We typically use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, and FedEx.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order usually ships within 2-4 business days after payment. After that, your order is in transit for between 2-8 business days.
Items usually arrive within 7-16 business days after placing your order, and they ship from within Canada.
Will I have to pay duties or fees when my items arrive?
No. We ship from within Canada so there aren't any duties or import charges to pay for. The price you see is the price you pay.
What's your return policy?
We offer an exchange policy on defective products for 30 days after you receive your order. Please see our return policy for more information.
How do you donate to charities?
At the end of every month, TeeCap will donate $1 for every shirt purchased to its specified registered charity during that month.
For example: You purchase two I Love Alberta Beef shirts on June 2. On July 1st, we'll donate $2.00 to the Canadian Cattlemen's Foundation.
